League Tournament

In the MinnDak League, we host year-end tournaments, splitting up 12U into 3 groups (Gold, Silver, Bronze), splitting up 10U into 3 groups (Gold, Silver, and Bronze), and 3 groups for the 8U Division (Gold, Silver, Bronze).  Players from each of the top two teams in each tournament receive individual trophies.  This year we will try a pool-play format for the initial rounds to seed into a single-elimination tournament at all three age groups.  Once we hit the bracket portion of the tournament, a single loss will knock a team out of the tournament.

  • TBD will host the 8U (3 brackets)
  • TBD will host the 10U (3 brackets)
  • TBD will host the 12U (3 brackets)

The end of the year tournament for 8U will be held on Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd in TBD.

The end of the year tournaments for 10U and 12U will be held Friday, June 27th through Sunday, June 29th.  Friday night first-round games will be held at the community of the higher seeded team.

A coach’s meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 25th at 6:30 p.m. at River Community Church in Dell Rapids.

Information for the plans for the league tournaments will be coming, but they may change due to weather, such as rain or excessive heat.  I apologize in advance for the possible changes, but we will always move game times and dates if player safety is a concern.
